Roger Davies founded Roger Davies Architects in 2002 after a successful career with two prominent Johannesburg practices and a Property Development and Projects Company. Our aim is to remain resolute effectively and innovatively in the current market, representing the Architectural profession’s values and our own identity in the production of work that recognises real client needs, monetary, environmental, functional, and regulatory constraints yet upholding a relevant Architectural spirit – one of character, with uniqueness of circumstance.

We handle the entire architectural design process right through from conceptual proposals and sketch plans to Full Architectural Documentation for Construction drawings, specifications and schedules
We handle the project management of the build process including site supervision and chairing of site meetings with an added focus of cost control in liaison with professionals and contractors
We liaise with the council for you, including the submission of design drawings for approval. We also handle Historical Building protection and Heritage Society involvement for our clients
We handle the measurement and documentation existing buildings for record and conversion purposes.
We also handle the interior design phase of a project including the furniture selection process, cupboard design and counter layout. We also handle landscaping design for specialist implementation.
